An ambitious, driven young man with a history of violence and substance abuse falsely enlist in the US Navy to become a SEAL without telling the Navy about his background and arrest record. The destruction and mayhem that training a violent psychopath to be a highly effective killer would end in the death of a promising young woman; test the loyalty and honor of his best friend/swim buddy; and ultimately lead to a court case that shakes the Commonwealth of Virginia to its core about how the justice system actually works.
