The very talented writer, Matthew Arlidge, wrote the script for The Prowler. The film touches on how children are used to blackmail emotions when a marriage breaks down. Many adults can relate their own childhood experiences to situations where e.g. a mother uses a child as a pawn in a chess match to try and blackmail the father. Sad but true. A great journey and a powerful script.
