The ' Dead Dream' is a murder mystery, set in the 1930'S. It takes place on Islesboro Island, an affluent summer community off the eastern coast of Maine; A high society cut off from the realities and deprivations of the depression. It is the story of a woman who has witnessed a brutal murder as a young child, but who has repressed the remories of the crime until later in her life. When she is finally able to put together the pieces of the puzzle, through the distorted images in what she believed were merely life long 'dreams', the consequences for her family and HERSELF prove deadly.
