Diversity and Desolation

Synopsis:

The award winning true story disclosing how employment discrimination remains the most preventable cause to homelessness and suicide while unveiling the facade of tax deductible marketing and public relation campaigns falsely claiming diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Employment discrimination remains the nation's leading and most preventable cause to homelessness despite recent corporate marketing initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

This initiative has proven more discriminatory towards age and cognitive diversity resulting in the prolonged unemployment of a software engineer with more than 20 years professional experience in the industry.

Regardless of his profound abilities and career accomplishments, he must now learn to survive on the streets and undergo further employment discrimination despite being the creator of a life saving app for the homeless community.

This is a true story on how companies use their Diversity and Inclusion initiative as a tax deductible marketing campaign with no intention of advocating for equality. Violations of both Title 42, United States Code, §12112 (b)(6) and Title 29, United States Code, §623 are the most preventable cause to homelessness in America.

This is a true story based on true events which may be offensive to some viewers.
