Information for the Audience:

As the director of the films, producer and a sportsman, I am trying to promote sport movies in Russia and other countries. My first film ‘Sprint to the past’ is a sport drama about the academic rowing. It received a number of awards at international festivals. My film advertise the healthy lifestyle and carries the positive message, promotes kindness and friendliness. It shows the beauty of sport -academic rowing and can teach the children and young people and also invites them to go for sport.

I know that rowing is a very popular sport, but during my life i have seen only a few films about rowing.

I think my film will be very interesting to the true sport lovers and will open to the spectators the situation which we now have with sport clubs and sport territories in Russia.

The film rises the problems connected with the developing of sport in Russia and the seizure of territories of rowing clubs.
