Several crime syndicates in London have just discovered they've all hired the same hitman to kill one another. A scarred up cockney serial killer, named Rambler, who has staged a gang war and created mass confusion. Now they've put a massive bounty on his head. A female detective, hired by Scotland Yard under affirmative action, has already upset the entire police force and must earn their respect back by pursuing Rambler. Two hyper masculine worlds ruled by manipulation and control are not so different. And Rambler is no ordinary villain. 'I'm a slave to my disposition of inequity. I promise you, darling.
