Belfast (Northern Ireland), Nicosia (Cyprus) and Bethlehem (Palestine); three different cities that are divided by walls of separation. People of these cities are either forbidden to go to certain areas of their homeland or must be controlled by internal borders police to cross from one side to another or even to be imprisoned in their areas when the walls’ gates are closed. The film tells the story of these people, shows their daily life difficulties and captures their thoughts, fears, hopes and emotions.
