Bucharest may or may not be the Paris of the East, but it certainly is a daily dance between history and the present. In this short experimental film a montage of concert posters announcing upcoming performances dance their inevitable passage into the past... a meditation on the precarity of the popular… loose change from a libidinal economy.

In this short experimental film a montage of concert posters announcing upcoming performances dance their inevitable passage into the past... a meditation on the precarity of the popular… loose change from a libidinal economy.
This is new version of the film that screened silently last year at Festival du Nouveau Cinéma, Montreal. With a soundtrack consisting of a trilingual libidinal interpretation of a text from Lyotard's Economy Libidinal, this film is my first attempt at directly including my research in continental philosophy with my creative arts production. All my films and other artistic productions are augmented with websites which expand the possibilities of interpretations. There is a lacuna website for this project at:
