Motherland

Synopsis: 

Motherland is a metaphor for the savior resurrection myths. It has a critical perspective of our ‎world and Deals with human betrayals. In the film, David (refers to the savior) ‎regained ‎consciousness ‎from coma. He leaves the hospital to find his mother but she is not ‎there. ‎His sister, "Sarah" doesn’t ‎give him a clear answer to their mother's absence.‎ Eventually, ‎‎"Djalal" (as Dajjal) tells him his ‎mother is dead. However, it’s not the truth‎ but David finds ‎everything lost and nothing he can do as the savior because of his relatives' sins. But hope remains ‎alive.‎
