“The Lost Mother” is an emotional compelling story of a helpless mother (Zohra) who fights to survive in a patriarchal society as her husband abandons his responsibilities to indulge himself in a life of intoxication and addiction.

With the help of a friend in her search for a job, she was led into a job that was against her religion, faith and morality. Zohra declined the indecent job, but she refuses to give in to despair as she struggles to create a life where her young daughter and herself can survive.
