Synopsis: 

Joy is based on the short story by Anton Chekhov, originally about a young boy who on a snowy day reads about himself in a newspaper and believes that he is famous, updated to being set in a middle class family where a teenage girl sees a video of herself dancing on a table on social media and believes that she is famous.  It is a comedy and there are real questions about what to tell the teen and how best to tell her what the truth is.
