HUM is a Science-Fiction comedy about the malfunction of a giant cell phone tower situated at the tip of Cape Cod that releases an irreducible hum into the atmosphere forcing a mandatory evacuation of the outlaying area until a professional from the world of science arrives on the scene with a dubious cure.
