Logline: On the verge of a dragon-human war, an orphan, desperate to save her sister, trains an innocent dragon boy to become the next king of those who killed her father.
Synopsis: AMITY loses her father on the day when WOLF's gang, thirsty for dragon's blood aka medieval cocaine, kidnaps Amity's sister. The dragon QUEEN, close to her death, assigns Amity to bring her children, REBEL and SERENE, two rival young dragons, to their father, to prepare them to take over the dragon throne.
VEZOTH, a disloyal dragon and king's advisor, buys Amity's sister in exchange for his blood while dragons loyal to him kidnap Serene and leave a desperate Amity with a furious Rebel. FAITH, a wise owl, joins them and convinces Amity to train Rebel. GALLIEN and CONON, discover Amity's village, destroyed by dragons assigned by Vezoth. Conon visits Wolf with a plan to start another war against the dragons to avenge their parents. Amity wrestles with Rebel, who acts like a kindergarten king and, with Faith's help, trains Rebel to breathe fire. Gallien discovers villages destroyed by Wolf's gang thinking dragons did this while Amity, Rebel, and Faith train at a lake and meet IRANETH, the king of the water dragons, who recognizes his old mentor in Faith. Wolf's men catch Amity and blackmail Rebel with her. Rebel finally accepts his mentor, gives his blood, and almost sacrifices himself for Amity. Gallien joins his troops at the border, prepares an attack, unaware that Vezoth does the same on the other side of the frontier. Amity and Rebel step in front of the dragon king when Faith transforms into her human form, Amity's mother, and Vezoth leers Rebel into a trap, from which saves him Amity. Iraneth appears with his dragons, produces rain, and rescues Gallien's troops surrounded by fire. The dragon king pronounces Rebel as his successor and Amity as Rebel's mentor.
