Synopsis:

Our film about a superhero from suburbs of Moscow. His name Fedull and he believes he has super powers like another man from Krypton has. And Fedull’s mom pretty agrees with that. Fedull invites peoples from local TV-channel. Suddenly everything becomes a mess. What will Fedull do?
