The First of His Kind

Synopsis:

"The First of His Kind"

Genre: Sci-Fi thriller

Logline:
A retired state official with no experience of children protects a unique child against her former bosses, who swore to do anything so that men never again rule over their one-sex society.

Synopsis:
Twenty years after a virus erased men from our planet, a newborn male baby turns BRIDGET'S world upside down. Bridget and MAX, a drone with a masculine soul, guard the child of Bridget's old love with the help of HOPE, a drone that works for Homeland and is also Max's girlfriend. WANDA, from the Right to Birth, interrogates the nurse, who helped to smuggle the baby from the hospital with her favorite weapon, USCHI, a Made in Germany bone-breaker.

Wanda surprises Bridget at her home, cannot find the baby and blackmails Bridget with her former love HARMONY, who now sits in prison. Bridget finds the mother of the newborn, killed by the Right to Birth. DAISEE, the baby's aunt, offers Bridget her help, which sends GENA and Bridget to perform a fake UN inspection in prison where they find Harmony in a vegetable state as the consequence of a lobotomy. Bridget returns home, right into Wanda's trap. Wanda wants the baby, which is not there, but Bridget is. Gena discovers that the prison performs lobotomies on prisoners, and Bridget finds out that the Right to Birth controls prisons and a Martian mine, in which female prisoners work as slaves.

Half-crippled, Bridget collides with Wanda and escapes her with Max's help, which forces Wanda to kidnap both of Bridget's friends to get the baby. Bridget leads Wanda into a trap and gives her Gena's baby, which enables Hope to arrest Wanda, who, on this occasion, loses her hand, job, and at the end her life.
