Late 70´s. Rubén Garnica is a humble peasant in the Santiago del Estero, Argentina´s poorest province. He has a hard country life, but a quite absurd aim as well: play tennis. When reality closed the doors right in front his face, he can only find one way else to accomplish his wish: build a tennis court by his own means, with his own hands. After an overwhelming labor, he make it. But that is only the beggining of new problems. His children wanted not only to play tennis: they now wanted to became champions.
