Clandestine Lives

Synopsis:

Rachel Maddox is a small town pastor's wife who secretly is living inside a private hell created by her cruel and abusive husband. Rachel's husband Bryan Maddox does an exceptionally good job at keeping up public appearances but at home he is a physically abusive and domineering captor to Rachel. One night Rachel seeks a momentary escape from her adverse and unbearable home life. While in the midst of making a series of irresponsible decisions, Rachel's troubled life quickly takes a turn for the worse. The end result is deadly. Rachel's life is suddenly thrown into an even darker state of gripping fear and debilitation. Trapped within a perfect storm of misery and uncertainly, Rachel begins to complicate matters even more and creates a drug induced paranoia all her own. At every turn she is reminded of her mistakes. Just as it seems that no refugee is in sight, Rachel finds a most unlikely ally in a nearly unimaginable way. Will this new found "friend" be her savior or her end?
