C.B.S. are the initials that are united by the crews' father figure 'Skate' (R.I.P. 1969-1993), his teachings, guidance and legacy are reverberated with the integrity of the subculture in 2015. The kinship that is forged through graffiti art, hip hop, punk rock, skating and ultimate survival creates a narrative that is the focal point of this film. Graffiti art is a global movement that represents a city's culture, strife, struggles and character.
