Lusine - Stratus (Live)

Synopsis:

Music video for Lusine song "Stratus (Live)".

The video combines concert footage with digital designs, projections, and effects. The drummer contributed footage he shot in Victoria Peak, Hong Kong, Navajo Loop Trail/Bryce Canyon, Utah, and a helicopter trip over Kona, Hawaii.

Buildings become stalactites. Like the music, organics and algorithms merge. Monoliths rotate, momentum is sprung.

The song is a live version of "Stratus" from Lusine's album The Waiting Room.

From his early releases as Lusine onward, Jeff McIlwain’s electronic explorations blur the lines between techno, electro-pop and experimental composition, the Texas-raised/Seattle-based producer’s arrangements are meticulously constructed, but also filled with emotion and soul.
