Santa's New Ride

Synopsis:

"Santa's New Ride"

Genre: Adventure comedy

Logline:
An overbusy Santa gets arrested by a lifelong Santa denier.

Synopsis:
SANTA crashes with his sleigh assembled by his helper UNZ, into a private park resort two days before Christmas. ANNE, the only security guard in this resort, arrests Santa, unaware that her daughter NIMMY, wrote to Santa in the hope that Santa would help her mother to believe in Christmas again. Santa and Unz face now three problems; their sleigh went to heaven, they got no money to pay for the damages, and as a bonus, millions of children await Santa in two days.

Santa offers Anne to help them to fix up the resort, swarmed by poachers, and this way, pay for the damages. Nimmy accompanies Santa through the park while Unz does what Unz does best, assembles toys that sometimes work, and sometimes end as did Santa's sleigh. Santa realizes that Anne has much larger problems than only a couple of poachers and convinces Anne to allow him another trip with Unz and Nimmy to secure the park and its wild against the poachers. Nimmy, Santa, and Unz repair the most vulnerable parts of the park, including the animal shelter where Santa meets an old friend, SPRINTER, unaware that Anne's bosses demand that Anne keeps both visitors until they pick them up to get them to jail.

Santa reveals to Anne that he is the reason why Anne hates Christmas. He is the father who left her on Christmas day to work as a lumberjack and, by accident, buried the real Santa. Anne's father took over Santa's position and searched for his daughter, who, after her mother's death, went with her uncle and disappeared until Santa got Nimmy's Christmas card. Santa escapes his haunters with the help of Nimmy's invention. This way, Anne got back her father and Santa, his daughter, and granddaughter.
