GARTH assigns REED, to interview the new candidates for his CSA (customer service agents). In the call center, BETH instructs the rookie agent CHLOE, supervised by JEFF. PETE explains Garth that he made extra doors between the offices when Beth pops out from one of those “doors” that lead from his office straight into the women’s restrooms.
Garth discovers another new door, which leads him headfirst into the basement (Pete forgot to the stairs). Reed starts first interviews and meets A.J, a hot young babe while in the call center, SU, a Korean version of one man/woman Wall Street Corporation, joins the team. Reed continues his interviews, meets DAISY, a sex-hotline-pro, which thinks this job, is just about that, and Su gets a call from a customer whose satellite system does not work because someone stole the antenna; that someone was Su’s business partner.
Reed meets another candidate, EDITH, in her late 70’s, whose hobby is whacking husbands. He switches the DVDs and gives Garth the worst possible selection of candidates he met. Just as Reed leaves, Su drops in from the women’s toilet and crosses through Garth’s office straight into the kitchen on the other side. Garth realizes that a lot has changed in his company and that it will take time before things return to their usual chaos.
